Shion Yokoo-Ruttas is a Japanese born contemporary performing artist. Interested in truthful  and honest expressions. Creates pieces, performs and writes on contemporary performing art.

Studied Dance Art at University of Tartu Viljandi Culture Academy in Viljandi, Estonia.

Currently studying semiotics (MA) at University of Tartu.
